Sorry to write this type of review since I am usually so delighted in service. My flower delivery was not made until 11:00 PM and my sister just happen to open her front door while the delivery person was setting the arrangement down on the porch. They had not even tried to let her know they were there with the flowers. Also they were not in the container I ordered. I think they did not have my order ready and just threw something together at the last moment. It just did not seem to be up to your usual beautiful arrangements.
